Item availability
The availability of a product is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock," "Advanced Sale," "Backorder," or "Release Date". Most items are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either not yet available (Advanced Sale), or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder). For more information, please read the details below.
Please note: expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of the transaction. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. You may be billed for items purchased with a credit, debit or bankcard immediately upon order confirmation.
In-Stock Items
Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
An order placed on Monday will ship no later than Wednesday if the item is In-Stock. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Advanced Sale Items
Advanced Sale items are items that are not in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Advanced Sale items are shipped directly once they arrive in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Advanced Sale item via e-mail. Expected shipment time (for example, "Advanced Sale: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the Product Detail page.
Backorder Items
Backorder items are items that are temporarily out of stock but available for purchase on our site. A Backorder item that you may order is shipped directly to you once it is back in stock. You will be notified of the status of your item via e-mail. Expected shipment time (for example, "Backorder: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the product detail page.
Shipping methods and costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on MangoTreeBangles.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 2nd Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Overnight, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 6:00 p.m. PT /9:00 p.m. ET or your order may not be processed until the following business day. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Second Day, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 9:00 a.m. PT/12:00 p.m. (noon) ET or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Standard Ground, (3-5 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days. Second Day, (2-3 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the value of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
Overnight, (1-2 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days. Purolator Ground Service:
Most items may be shipped to locations in Canada via Purolator Ground Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States and Canada.
Purolator Air Service:
Most items may be shipped to locations in Canada via Purolator Air Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States and Canada.
By ordering goods fromMangoTreeBangles.com, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by the operator of the website to act as my agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to the operator of the website and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from the operator of the website. USPS Priority, (3-8 business days):
Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority Service, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The following items cannot be shipped via USPS Priority mail at this time: items over 70 lbs., freight-only items and flammable items.
Second Day, (2-3 business days):
Most items may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via Second Day service. You can expect delivery within 2-3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please note, Second Day service is not available for shipments to some destinations in Alaska. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the value of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

The shipping cost displayed for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bankcard immediately upon order confirmation.

Tracking your order
When can you track your order?
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.
Orders placed on MangoTreeBangles.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by MangoTreeBangles.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website when it becomes available.
*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
