What type of materials do you use?
All of the bangles that MangoTreeBangles.com sells are made of authentic mango trees. The mango tree is only timbered for use when the tree can no longer yield fruit. Every bangle is hand carved and painted using special techniques to allow the wood grain of the Tree to appear and beautify the bangle.
Where are these items made?
MangoTreeBangles.com are handmade by skillfull wood Artisians in Thailand.
What if an item does not fit?
If a bangle does not fit despite sizing information being available - we will exchange the item, customer must first contact us at customerservice@MangoTreeBangles.com before a return is made. You pay nominal postage charges, any charges will be agreed before work is carried out. The best thing to do is to check sizes before buying prior to shipping. That way there is no additional postage and the same free services as listed above are provided.
When will I recieve my goods?
Goods in stock will be posted the same working day that payment is received (for payments received before noon). We allow 5 to 7 working days for standard delivery - although most items should arrive within 2. If an item is out of stock the customer will receive an email with the estimated delievery date on the day the order is placed specifying that the item is backordered. Items shipped are in the hands of the carrier (UPS, USPS) and sometimes may have some unexpected delays but a tracking number will be available after 24 hours of placing the order.
Is payment secure?
Payment is received by credit/debit card or online via PayPal. PayPal is a world recognised payment system which allows for payment to be transfered while keeping card details seperate. All payments are secure and customer information is not disclosed to anyone.
However if you would prefer not to pay online please email us and we will call you back, or call us at 1888-566-6767 and credit/debit card payments can now be taken over the telephone.
How much will postage usually cost?
Postage rates are based on United States Postal Service Rates or UPS, the customer chooses at checkout how they would like their goods to be delievered.
What is the returns policy?
All items can be returned - in recieved condition and with original packaging - within 7 days. All items are digitally photographed before they leave so any damage done in transit or prior to return can be noted; this provides peace of mind for clients. Any items damaged in transit must be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds will be made by the same terms as payment was made.
What do the images on your site show?
All images are accurate illustrations of the pieces available. It must be noted that due to the handmade nature of all work they are illustrations and items may vary slightly in color and pattern. Some of the bangles may appear to have indents in them, this occurs because the bangles are made of Authentic Mango Tree and natural wood sometimes has this appearance.
